We use the FileMaker Data API and OData to keep the database as the source of truth, while the web portal does what a web portal should — deliver a first-class experience for clinicians, researchers and patients.

Healthcare data belongs in hands you can trust. Smart Wolf is Cyber Essentials certified, UK-based and deliberately small enough that you know exactly who is touching your system.

We lead with UK-based or on-premise hosting for clinical clients, use role-based access control and audit logging by default, and design around your data-protection impact assessment rather than despite it.

For AI workloads, private on-premise models via Ollama keep sensitive data out of public clouds. We'll only recommend hosted LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Cohere) where the data classification allows it.
