Most of our support clients already have an IT team or managed-services provider — and it’s rare for that team to be FileMaker specialists. The Claris FileMaker platform on top — the database, the schema, the scripts, the FileMaker Server tuning — sits with us.
When something breaks, we work alongside your existing IT rather than against them. Sometimes a “FileMaker is slow” ticket turns out to be a network or hosting issue — in which case we say so and your IT team takes it. Sometimes a “the server’s broken” call turns out to be a FileMaker permission or layout issue — in which case we take it.
