We Are Digital is a Claris FileMaker platform. Partner caseworkers log in through FileMaker WebDirect from any modern web browser — no installs, no app store. We Are Group's admin team uses FileMaker Pro on desktop for configuration, partner management and programme reporting.

One database sits behind both. A household's record, their consent, their vulnerabilities, their cases and the partner delivering the support all live in the same connected picture — so nothing falls between the gaps as an enquiry moves through the network.

The challenge

We Are Group runs debt-advice and financial-inclusion programmes that reach households at scale — delivered through a network of partner organisations whose caseworkers sit with clients every day.

Before We Are Digital, that delivery model was hard to support digitally. Client information, consent, appointments, vulnerabilities and third-party authorisations all had to be captured consistently across many partners — and then pulled back together for programme-level reporting.

We Are Group needed a single casework platform: easy enough for partner caseworkers to use from a browser, structured enough to support programme-wide reporting, and flexible enough to evolve as new programmes and partner organisations came on board.
